General provisions
RCPA operates the Website from its offices in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada. RCPA makes no representation that its Website may be used anywhere other than in Canada and it is prohibited to access the Website from any country or territory where the law provides that the content or use of the Website is illegal. Any user of our Website does so on his own initiative and it is his responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, including those of his place of origin. Any dispute relating to the Website and the elements it contains, or arising from the use of the Website, is governed by the laws applicable in the territory of the Province of Quebec and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts sitting City of Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.

The sale prices displayed on the Website may differ from those in store. RCPA reserves the right to modify at any time the price of products offered on the site, without prior notification.

You may not reproduce or copy any part of the Website or use it for purposes other than those provided herein without written permission.

RCPA reserves the right to refuse any order.

Payment
RCPA accepts the following payment method for any purchase on its Website:

Visa / Master Card

The goods will be delivered only when RCPA will have received full payment for this merchandise, including taxes and shipping charges.

If we do not have in stock all or part of your order, we will contact you before delivery. Upon your agreement, the available products will be delivered and the portion out of stock as soon as possible. In the event that RCPA was unable to deliver the order or part of it, the order will be automatically canceled after 60 days and you will receive a refund accordingly (unless RCPA has notified you by email to inform you of a date delivery time after 60 days). If no payment has been made and RCPA was unable to deliver the order within 60 days after the order date, the order will be canceled simply. RCPA can not be held responsible for any damage you may suffer due to out of stock.

Guarantees
The shipping costs of the defective goods must be borne by the customer for the sending and return of the goods from his home to the warehouse of  RCPA or from his domicile to the manufacturer, as the case may be. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the method of delivery chosen and the availability of products. Delivery times are estimated from the moment products leave the place of business.

Warranties on the goods purchased are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers of the goods. RCPA will act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer.

All goods must be inspected upon receipt and, in the event of breakage or other damage, the customer must immediately notify RCPA

In the event that the goods are defective, please notify the RCPA Service Department immediately. which will tell you what to do.

Returns
NO RETURN ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. 
RCPA will only accept returns with a valid invoice number that will be communicated to you by our service department within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The Customer must incur the shipping costs (shipping costs are applicable even for the goods covered by the promotion “free shipping”). The shipping department of RCPA will contact the customer to arrange the return of the goods. RCPA will deduct these fees before any money is credited.
A restocking fee of 15% can be deducted from any credit.
RCPA will accept for trade or credit only the goods containing their original packaging including, in particular, boxes, guarantee sheets.
All returned merchandise will be inspected and in the event that the merchandise is unusually worn or deteriorated, additional charges may be required. RCPA suggests that you pack the item well and return it by transport to avoid breakage.
No returns will be accepted on used parts, electrical or electronic.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

The Website and the goods offered are provided as is. Subject to any public policy to the contrary, RCPA disclaims all liability and makes no warranties other than those specifically provided herein. In addition, RCPA makes no representation regarding the use, download, validity, accuracy or reliability of the goods reproduced on the Website or the results resulting from the use of the goods purchased. Although RCPA will do everything in its power to ensure that the Website does not contain any errors, RCPA disclaims all liability for any errors that may be found on the Website including descriptions, prices and illustrations. RCPA, its related companies, its directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents will in no way be held liable for any damage directly or indirectly related to the use of the Website, including loss of data or profit from use of the Website, goods purchased or inability to use such goods.
